Put all the ingredients in a jar and let it sit in a cool dark spot (away from sunlight) for two weeks. Shake the jar every couple of days. After two weeks strain liquid through a cheese cloth into desired jar. Place herbs in cheese cloth and squeeze to extract remaining juices. Store away from sunlight in an airtight container.
Take one tablespoon as soon as you feel you are getting a cold, stuffy nose or sore throat.
It also goes great in mixed drinks or on the rocks. Enjoy!
